Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Fax Credits (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. Fax Credits is operated by WorkStream Apps LLC ("we," "our," or "us").

2. Description of Service

Fax Credits allows users to send fax transmissions worldwide using a prepaid credit system. Each fax transmission consumes one (1) credit from your account balance. Credits are purchased through the App via in-app purchases processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store).

3. Account Registration

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Credits and Payments

• Credits are purchased through in-app purchases and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or the App Store / Google Play refund policies.
• Credits do not expire based on time or inactivity — there is no usage deadline or time-limited window in which credits must be used. However, credits are tied to the continued availability of the Fax Credits app and service. In the event the app or service is discontinued, suspended, or removed from app stores, credits may no longer be redeemable. WorkStream Apps LLC is not responsible for credits lost due to app discontinuation, removal from app stores, account termination for violations of these Terms, or events beyond our reasonable control.
• Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.
• If a fax transmission fails due to a technical error on our end, the credit used will be returned to your account.
• We are not responsible for failed transmissions caused by incorrect recipient numbers, recipient fax machine unavailability, or network conditions outside our control.
• Pricing is displayed in the App at the time of purchase and may be subject to change with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Fax Credits to:

• Send unsolicited commercial faxes (fax spam) or violate any anti-spam laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
• Transmit content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or otherwise compromise the security of the App or its underlying infrastructure.
• Use the Service for any fraudulent or deceptive purpose.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding within the App are the property of WorkStream Apps LLC or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or business fax transmission purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT FAXES WILL BE DELIVERED SUCCESSFULLY TO ALL RECIPIENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WORKSTREAM APPS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR CREDITS IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, unused credits are non-refundable unless required by law.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, through in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
